Who Investor Pass (permanent directly) is for
For investors, property buyers, capital investors and entrepreneurs who want to put capital to work rather than wait two years.
Requirements
- One of the four recognised investments: productive from USD 70,000 with an approved business plan, at least five formal jobs and your own Paraguayan company, tourism from USD 150,000 with a business plan, or financial instruments or property from USD 200,000 without running a business yourself.
- Your own company in Paraguay (E.A.S. (Empresa por Acciones Simplificadas)); the formation is included as a fixed item: USD 2,500. Productive investment of USD 70,000, paid into the company, not a fee; with a passive investment no company is needed. Ongoing bookkeeping and registered office not included.
Permanent residence
Permanent residence directly, with no temporary stage; the identity document is renewed every ten years, and after three years of permanent residence naturalisation is possible.
