Sebastian Sauerborn founded STM Corporate Group in London in 2006. The idea was simple from the start: give private clients access to the international structures that wealthy families in Britain and the United States have taken for granted for generations.
Sebastian left Germany back in 2000 and has lived and worked in several jurisdictions since. VidaLibrePlan brings that experience to Latin America. Where a residence application requires a local licence, we work together with our local partners, licensed attorneys in each country.
That is why we do not sell a favourite country. We build the structure that fits your life: residence, tax, citizenship, banking and company, each placed where that piece is strongest.

Many providers know one country particularly well and turn it into the answer to almost every question. Our advantage is the exact opposite: we can advise you against a country without losing our business model.
Twelve countries, international banking and company solutions, and a team that has lived cross-border structures for years. That lets us ask first what you need, and only then decide where it belongs.
Portfolios, not a single country
We do not think in one country, we think in portfolios. All 12 Latin American countries, compared honestly and without a favourite. Which location, or which combination, suits you depends on your situation, not on our commission model.
Beyond Latin America
Latin America is our speciality, not our limit. We help clients build a Plan B or a second base anywhere in the world. One example: Davao in the Philippines, where our own team on the ground handles residence and setup. If you think globally, your advice should be global too.

Behind the content is a real advisory firm with a real presence on the ground. We have an actual base in Latin America that our team works from. That is lived substance, not a travel channel.

On the ground in Latin America
Plenty of people talk about Latin America. We are there. Our operational base is in Buenos Aires, run by our office manager Manuel, who leads the team in the region from there.
What that means for you: real contacts in your local time zone, long-standing networks with notaries, banks and authorities, and structures that someone has checked with their own eyes before you move your money. No letterbox, no remote diagnosis. Boots on the ground, quite literally.
Beyond Latin America
Your Plan B does not stop at a continental border. Where it makes more sense for your situation, we also structure outside Latin America. In the Philippines, for example, we handle residence and setup in Davao with our own team on the ground (led by Timothy Te), as an English-speaking base in Asia. The logic stays the same as in Latin America: an honest assessment, a real presence and a structure that fits your life, not a sales brochure.
