Founder and Principal
Sebastian Sauerborn is a specialist in cross-border tax and wealth strategies, relocation abroad and Plan B structures. After roles at PwC Zurich and Allianz London, he founded STM Corporate Group in London in 2006. Today he lives in Austin, Texas. He is also the founder of Perspektive Ausland, a German-language podcast and media format on moving abroad, residence outside your home country and freedom strategies.

Harley Bieder moves between worlds. He knows Latin America from lived experience, not from a textbook, and from both sides of the desk. As an entrepreneur, investor and realist he has travelled the region, analysed it and tested it with his own projects. He advises people moving abroad on choosing the right country, setting up residence, finding property and the practical side of starting a company on the ground.

He knows the questions because he has lived through them himself.

Manuel Hefti
Office Manager, Latin America
Manuel Hefti is Swiss, has lived in Latin America for years and knows from his own experience what it takes to really arrive in the region. As our office manager on the ground, he coordinates our operations in Latin America: the networks of attorneys, notaries, authorities and banks, the oversight of ongoing client matters and hands-on support for clients building their base. Manuel is the one who gets things done when they need doing. No textbook, no remote access: presence, network and real local knowledge.
