Requirements

• You invest at least BRL 1,000,000 in urban property, or BRL 700,000 in the North and Northeast; the purchase must be cleanly documented through official channels.

Permanent residence

The permit is temporary at first and becomes indefinite while you hold the investment; you keep permanent residence with at least one entry every two years, and after four years of permanent residence a passport is possible.
