Who Qualified Investor is for
For investors who want permanent status straight away and can commit a six-figure sum in Panama for five years.
Requirements
- An investment from your own funds from abroad, held for five years: a new property bought from the developer from USD 300,000, a resale property from USD 500,000, securities from USD 500,000 or a fixed deposit from USD 750,000; you do not need a company.
Permanent residence
Permanent residence from day one, without a provisional stage; after five years of permanent residence you can pursue naturalisation.
