For retirees with a pension guaranteed for life, at a fixed price, filed by licensed attorneys on the ground and coordinated in English.
Who Pensionado is for
For retirees with a pension guaranteed for life; there is no statutory minimum age, and early retirees with a lifetime private pension also qualify.
Requirements
- A pension guaranteed for life of at least USD 1,000 a month plus USD 250 for each dependant; with property worth USD 100,000 or more in your name, USD 750 is enough; investment income or time-limited payments do not count, and an occupational pension from your own LLC is currently not recognised.
Permanent residence
Permanent residence directly, without a provisional stage; after about five years of residence you can pursue naturalisation.
