Who Rentista is for
For financially independent people below pension age whose income is not a pension but arrives reliably.
Requirements
- A guaranteed income of USD 2,500 a month over two years, plus mandatory registration with the Caja; you may not work as an employee with this status.
Permanent residence
Temporary residence, renewed with updated proof of funds; after three years you can apply for permanent residence, which no longer depends on proof of income.

You add family members at checkout: USD 1,500 per adult aged 18 or over, children under 18 free of charge.

You order here at a fixed price and pay by card, bank transfer or crypto. The invoice follows by email once the payment has reached us.
