Who Pensionado is for

For retirees with a lifetime pension from a state, occupational or private pension scheme; there is no minimum age.

Requirements

• Proof of a lifetime pension of at least USD 1,000 a month, certified by the pension provider, apostilled and translated documents and, after approval, mandatory registration with the Caja.

Permanent residence

Temporary residence, valid for two years and renewable; after three years you can apply for permanent residence, which no longer depends on proof of your pension.

You add family members at checkout: USD 1,500 per adult aged 18 or over, children under 18 free of charge.
