Who M Pensionado is for
For retirees who live on a regular pension and genuinely want to live in Colombia.
Requirements
- A lifetime pension of at least three times the Colombian minimum wage, currently around USD 1,375 a month, plus health insurance and a police certificate; you do not need a company.
Permanent residence
A temporary migrant visa (M) that counts as residence; after five years on M status you can apply for the resident visa (R), and naturalisation then becomes available.
