Who M Inversionista is for

For investors who want to gain a foothold in Colombia with an investment registered there and live in the country.

Requirements

• Property worth at least 350 times the minimum wage, currently around USD 160,000, with the capital import registered with the Banco de la República; a company formation is not part of this variant.

Permanent residence

A temporary migrant visa (M) with, in practice, around 180 days of presence a year; after five years on M status you can apply for the resident visa (R).
